22A – Elevator Pitch No. 3
2.) Reflection: Everyone mentioned in their comments on my last elevator pitch that I improved my pitch from the first time. They also all brought up how it was good that I listened to the negative feedback, thought about it, and incorporated it into my pitch to change my original ideas slightly. Their feedback really helped me see a flaw in my ides that could make my whole company not work in the long run, so their help was key in helping me identify this flaw.
3.) Based on the feedback, I generally decided to keep my pitch the same since there were no more corrections. Of course, I tried making my pitch sound and look better, in terms of voice speed, etc. I also didn't look my best when I recorded it so I tried to look more put together for this third elevator pitch. As I said this pitch, I was very comfortable since I have done this twice before and I actually did notice that I could memorize it better than before. I hope this is my best pitch because it should be after all the practice and editing I have done!
I really like your pitch. I believe that you did a good job this time as you did the other time. However, I can see that you are more confident. You probably know the text better and you could focus on delivery the pitch in the best way possible. The practices and editing definitely paid off. Practice can be boring sometime, but it is the only way to increase confident and improve delivery when talking about speeches.
ReplyDeleteThat is so amazing that the feedback allowed you to change things and further improve your elevator pitch. This elevator pitch is even stronger than the last two and perhaps the feedback is what led to it! Your voice comes across clear and strong, and you seem to really believe in your product.
