Top resource:
- Not another substitute for this service. This service will not be able to be easily replicated. If we are working with multiple phone companies and service providers, we will dominate the market and it will be hard for people to go to other repair shops since we will be so widespread and are able to provide such a good insurance plan that costs them nothing to replace their phones. they will receive phones promptly and won't incur extra costs besides the insurance rates.
I really enjoyed reading about the resources that you identified. I believe that they can help to make your business idea successful. I agree with you that the best resource you have is top resource. There is not another substitute for this service and I feel like everyone identifies the existence of your unmet need and everyone wants a solution, but none is actually implementing a feasible solution that could solve the problem. While, your idea seems to be feasible and original.
ReplyDeleteI've been keeping up with your idea the whole time and I now just noticed you have a delivery option. I think that will be a great resource for your venture. I also agree that the fact that your service cannot be substituted is your top resource, and since everyone in today's society most likely has this unmet need that is crucial.
ReplyDeleteI think some of your most strong advantages are your mutual relations. They are extremely valuable to have but additionally they are hard to imitate. Not everyone is going to be able to recreate the strong connections you have with the people in your industry. Even if people do create these relations, yours will be longerstanding and therefore, worth more.
ReplyDeleteWow great resources! I really struggled to find resources myself and hadn't thought of any of these. Just like Lauren said, i hadn't noticed that your service offers delivery! Since your services main aspect is convenience and a better solution than one that exists, delivery really solidifies the idea for me. I hadn't understood what sets this idea apart from pre-existing option until now.
